it was dated, dirty, smelled of smoke even though is was a "no smoking" room. guest upstairs sounded like they were in our room! place was a dump!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

I reserved a king bed smoking room. I called to confirm and asked ifthe doors to rooms were inside or outside. I let them know i was traveling alone and wouldn't feel safe with an outside door to the parking lot. They confirmed said all doors were inside hallways. NOT TRUE!!!!! When i checked in, the front desk he seemed concerned. He made a call and just kept responding to the person he called with hm, hmm. I was given the key card to rm. 130. Upon finding the room it wasmground level, door directly to the outside!! The door had to be shoved open with force to open. The curtains hadmeither human poop, or chocolate all over them. Tub was so dirty! I wiped it down with bleach. When i got in the bottom of the tub felt thin and i felt like i was sinking into the floor. It was spongy. The Fawcett in the sink was not attached! You had to pull up to turn on, when you do the whole thing lifted up! And sprayed sideways too. Neighbors got loud at 9:30 pm. Bedspread had some white hard stuff on it. I traveled from Maine for a funeral, this was the most depressing, disgusting, unsafe room I've ever seen. I use to work at motels. This is beyond substandard. It also had no battery in the smoke detector, the door was still open. And the wall outlets were all half hanging off the walls. My phone wouldn't charge! I was worried id miss the funeral. Id like some actual feedback from this establishment. I do not blame housekeeping, the surfaces were clean.

1st room they gave me wasn't clean yet. (It happens I checked in early, wasnt mad about that). 2nd room I got was a NON-Smoking King. Room stunk like cigarettes. Burn holes in the bed covers. Bathroom had old towel hanging from Shower from previous tenant. Bathroom Sink was Broken. Dirty Ash Stains on the sheets. All Lights and random things were unplugged. TV was nice, Big Fridge, and Exterior Looks nice, but the inside was not. Staff seemed friendly. But i would not stay here again.

The room we had was worn. The sheets were stained and found hair not ours on them. Pillow cases were yellowed. Toilet smelled horrible like it hadn't been cleaned. It was also stained. As I came back to room late night after taking the dog out, I saw couple rats run from the building.

Hotel close to airport.

Pros: It had a good location relative to the airport. The bathroom was clean.
Cons: The carpets were dirty. The bed was soft. The sheet were short for the bed.
Location: There was a shopping center nearby with restaurants, stores, etc.
We needed to leave by plane at 7AM the next morning, so we selected the closest hotel to the airport. It was convenient. However, we would not pick this particular hotel for an other reason.
