I definitely did not like the fact that upon check-in I was told the hotel was completely booked even though I made a reservation 8 days prior and my stay was already paid in full. I had to wait 30 minutes for management to figure something out and another hour for them to clean a room for me (which was not really that clean). Waiting 1.5 hours to get into a reserved room is unacceptable. The entire hotel was run-down and dated. Very disappointing.

The ceiling was peeling off from water damage. The room reeked of pot. My room was next to the elevator so I was up all night listening to people go in and out of the elevator.

Elevators were dirty; area near side entrance littered with cigarette butts and dog poop; bathroom-old style, low toilet, rust in tub; no tissues in room; no drawers and very small area to hang clothes; many room doors had large areas where paint was peeling. Very disappointing.m

The property is conveniently located and seems pretty safe, although the side entrance door was left unlocked until quite late at night when it is suppose to always be locked. Unfortunately we discovered ants in our room, again after staying here 3 years ago and having the same experience. We had hoped they would resolved the issue by now. It became clear why they did when looking around the carpet and under the bed. There were pieces of cookies, candy, trash, etc under the beds and the carpet was truly disgusting. My daughter walked around in white socks and they were black after a little while. There were black stains all over it. They have a policy of no housekeeping until after 24 hours. We stayed 4 nights and asked 2 times for someone to at a bare minimum come in and empty the garbage, vacuum the trash under the beds and take dirty towels. No one ever came. The pool is closed. Several machines in the gym did not work properly.

I booked 2 king suites. They did not have any available at my check in. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was falling off due to no fan. The towel rack fell off the wall. No towels in pool area. The pool was freezing

The outside condition was not an issue. The overall desk check-in was incompetent. they also said for me to insert my card to pay. I replied that I pre-paid. After five minutes she said, oh yeah you did. the ice machine was out of order, the heat register had a loud hum as did the mini fridge. The towels were a joke. Very small. Thoroughly, dissatisfied. Never going back. The bathtub did not drain properly. Had water to my ankles while showering.
