Beautiful location and property and pools and beach...renovated room very nice...not enough open restaurants and bars...food is absolutely terrible...bring your own cups for drinks if you want more than a thimble at a time...expect to buy/bring your own wine unless you like vintage Tuesday...a glamping trip in other words...you get what you pay for...

Overall I was not pleased with the service at this hotel. Female staff were rude. The fact that there was not variety in the food was disappointing. We made a reservation at the one the restaurant they had open and when we arrived the staff member was very rude. Did not want to sit us even though we had a reservation for 7:30 pm and they made a mistake on their end where they scheduled it for 6:30p. However the reservation ticket I provided the staff said 7:30p. When I asked to speak with her manager all of a sudden there were enough seats to sit my party. The beach was nice.

This was clean and the staff were very friendly. The beach was beautiful. Some construction next to the beach that Interupted the beach time. Staff were helpful to ensure we were moved away from the noise

Nothing it’s not safe to even walk the food was horrible the buffet was covered with flies I check out on my second day no entertainment horrible was trip in my life check out went to another resort

Good All Inclusive

Pros: The food, the drinks, the closeness to town and Sosua beach.
Cons: The AC was a little noisy but nothing unbearable.
Location: Definitely Playa Sosua is the main attraction during the day. If you like hiking there are nearby hills where you can see the country side.
I have to say that the food is probably the best part of this all inclusive resort. It`s not bland and it actually tastes real especially the local dishes. The grounds are well kept, the employees are always smiling and helpful. The resort has a private beach and it is next to playa Alicia, Sosua beach is a walkable distance. If you total the flight cost, the hotel, the meals and the drinks separately this resort comes as the best deal in Sosua.
