The property is nice and mostly clean. The pools could use some updating as they are quite rusty. The staff is so nice and service was exceptional. Overall I would recommend; great service, great views, great dining experiences and very spacious rooms.

My family and I were very happy with our stay at the Grand Park Royal Vallarta. We got 2 beach view rooms. They had beautiful views, comfortable beds, excellent bathrooms. Every staff member we interacted with was welcoming and helpful. The only thing that keeps me from 5 stars is that they need more deck chairs— especially in the sunny areas.
