Great Stay/No Wifi

Pros: Everything was good, clean, friendly staff, etc.
Cons: Wifi
Location: Location is great for relaxing but a bit away from other places to visit
Over all the place was great, a bit empty but clean, beautiful, once restaurants on site. The one and only draw back was there is no wifi, there is but at an extra cost which is disappointing seeing how other smaller, cheaper hotels offer it for free...

Five stars food, Room, staff, and cleanliness

Very good hotel, a lil expensive. I thought it was all inclusive and I ended up having to pay $100 per day for food, which was worth it. Yummy food, good drinks. Resorts usually have cheap drinks, not this one. Great staff. Darling and Jose were super helpful and attentive. Ramona too over the phone. Nice beautiful club, best one I've seen but it was empty. Drinks were not included. Not next to the beach, but the pools were great. The beaches were 5 mins away and the staff would drive you. No night life. If it rains, no entertainment because there's no show room. It outdoors. Other than the night life and entertainment. Excellent.

On another hand, please be advised that you had the option to book the all inclusive package but you chose the attractive rate of the EP Package (room only) which does not include the meal plan, also, our guests are able to upgrade at any time to our All Under the Sun Package for a reasonable rate of US$85.00, not US$100.00 However, I am glad you had a great time and hopefully you visit us again to create more memorable experiences! Great relaxing quiet vacation

Alsol Luxury Village was great for us. Three pools (one more active, two much quieter), enough food options, we could walk to a small beach, or take a $3 cab to a larger beach. The staff were generally great, friendly and helpful. The room was a junior suite, with a kitchen. We had purchased an all-inclusive package, so the kitchen was not used, aside from the refrigerator. The beach at the resort is next to an expansion being built, so there was some construction noise at the beach. They plan to complete the expansion in August, 2015 or so. We found the food options to be good for the all inclusive. Breakfast was at the buffet, with over a hundred options. Omelets made to order, pancakes, crepes, French toast, much fresh fruit, etc., etc. Lunch was available at the buffet, or at the pool-side grill. Dinner was a steakhouse, an Italian restaurant or the buffet, again with so many options I couldn't count. If found so many good things to sample and enjoy.

Beautiful facilities but not customer friendly

Pros: Pool, views, room, ability to plan excursions
Cons: Service all around and communication with staff
Location: We went horseback riding and zip-lining at a near by park. The hotel had somebody you could sit down and plan the excursions. It was easy to do.
This is a beautiful property and our room was very nice but it is lacking in some basic services. They seemed to have overlooked staples in a hotel room such as some sort of shelf in the shower for soap,etc and kleenex in the room. We also never had towels despite calling the front desk for them and going to the front desk for them and watching them call housekeeping to tell them to bring them. They never arrived. We ended up using beach towels they provided at the pool. Very few of the staff spoke english so communication was hard. We like to order room service and most times during our stay something would not arrive in the order, they would say it was coming and never did. There were never napkins. But the pool was lovely. I don't drink normally but am a huge fan of pina coladas and I could have them nonstop. Despite our criticisms it was sort of charmingly clumsy. But I think hard to recommend just because of the inconveniences.

Quiet Resort, Relaxing Stay, Accommodating Staff

Pros: We loved Kelvin (he was always willing to help) his care to detail and friendliness was second to none! Innocincio the bartender was great as well.
Cons: I would have liked to have a larger variety of foods. The buffet was great.
Location: We arranged for adventure day and shopping through the front desk and everything was great. Short ride to both shopping and tours.
Our room was exactly as pictured online. The views were amazing and service was great. The resort was not filled with tourist and we were able to enjoy our vacation. The private beach and service were excellent. Kelvin, Innocincio, James Bond and Nabuk are great. They made our stay extra special. I would only ask that their be a larger variety of food available. The entire staff were great and more than willing to help. The offsite excursions were great as well!
