I have pictures and videos on how insecure the property it's for tourist and minor kids starting with rooms full of mosquito, water leak problems starting with walls and roof. poor customer service, food, our entire family got sick from the food. they refer the resort as all inclusive. but the want to charge you moving you around the property on a golf cart and charging you for room services per plate. I will give the property - staff - service - food a -100

Thank you for your feedback.We appreciate that you choose our hotel as your tourist destination but we deeply regret that you holiday experience was not exactly how you were planning as our main goal is try to please all our guests expectations. After reading your comments about your experience, we would like to give our version as everybody knows that every story has two sides.We deeply regret that you were disturbed by insects but it is important to mention that our property was built up over mangroves and it is surrounded by lush vegetation where insect’s reproduction is easily also here at the Caribbean mosquitoes are very common. However, we have a rigorous insect’s extermination three times a week trying to avoid its reproduction and it is always important the use of repellents for more protection. Another important point to remark is that our transportation is not golf carts, everyone knows that these are part of the vacation club that has absolutely nothing to do with us and if any of those drivers wanted to take advantage and charge you to move you around the resort (which is not allowed) and you did not make any report, it is impossible for us to be able to help you if we do not receive the report or the information of the person who wanted to take advantage of you.Also we want to emphasize that when you came to talk with our staff, you receive all the necessary assistance, as we are always willing to help. According to our incident report, your complaint was based on 3 points. The first was the mosquitoes (we have already explained it previously), second, the extra pillows that you requested and third, the leak that you found in your room. Although you try to compare us with a house built in 1920, it is important to clear that even buildings built recently can leaks, since water can leak anywhere regardless of whether the building is new or not.We immediately received the report of the leak in your room; a member of our maintenance staff went to see the leak and was able to verify that it was coming from the bathtub in the second floor room. Given this situation, we offered you a change of room to be able to work with the leak, but you only wanted a free upgrade to platinum, (which is our highest category) and you began to threaten us that if you didn't receive what you wanted, you were going to post your experience on social networks. As you may know, we do not have anything to hide and we always face it because we are a serious and very well known company all over the world. We accept all kind of critics as long as they have made with the intention to construct and help us to improve the quality of our service but under any circumstance, we will allow any blackmail, threats or negative comments with the intention to damaging the good reputation of our company, looking for a compensation (which has any reason to be) or trying to be the hero for a day in the social media sources as we have thousands of guests who kno

Grand bavaro princess resort all inclusive Here I want to show you how the princess Barbaro Resort in Grand in Punta Cana has their bathrooms for their guests. As you can see here in this photo, some videos of water comes out from the second floor just like if this was a house built in 1920 If you like something on safe and if you like something where you do not know what will happen this is the place to stand. Take a look at this video and take a look at this photos. What are drips down from the ceiling on the second floor we just don’t know when the second floor will cave-in into the first floor . The safety is not here. Mosquitos everywhere in the room, cleaning and sanitation starting in the room are -10,around the resort golf carts charging dollars to move you around the resort, employees and staff really needs to get a good training on how to threat tourists and guest in their resort. Out of 5 star resort I will Give them a -100. We reserved Sunday thru Sunday and it was a nightmare vacation. Dirty place, dirty rooms, not good manners employees, this is a not tourist resort, this resort should be closed for sanitation problems. Even room service on an all inclusive resort wants to charge for each plate $20.00 US dollars and delivery fee. then why they do the sale as all inclusive resort, if you have to pay extra for everything.

Property is beautiful and huge. It’s so huge that you need trolleys to get around. Issue is, everyone needs these trolleys also, and the resort doesn’t have enough trolleys for the guest. Guest are literally trying to fight each other to get a seat on the trolley. If you miss a trolley, you are waiting another 10-20 min for another. When your room is getting cleaned by maid service they leave your door open because they are in there (safety reasons). The issue with this is that tons of mosquitoes are coming in the room also. We are in a fight with the mosquitoes every night. I have over 15 mosquito bites. I bought repellent from the resort gift shop that doesn’t work. There were more than 5 times at breakfast, lunch or dinner where I asked for something and was ignore or they just didn’t bring it. I had a cup that was dirty and the lady asked to see it then just walked away. Never brought any clean cup back. It almost seems like the waiters and waitresses give preferential treatment to the Spanish speaking guest. I don’t want to jump to conclusions, but over my 5 day trip, that is what I noticed. Resort needs adults only pools. Everything else about the resort was great!

Overall it was a beautiful experience. The themed restaurants served delicious food. The spa was also a great experience for my Mom, my daughter, and myself. My only complaints are regarding the cappuccino coffee shop, which opened pretty late at 8:00 am and the service staff was constantly fighting with each other. The buffet restaurants’ variety wasn’t on par with what other hotels in the area offer. Other than we had a really good time!

Food wasn't good at all! Had to make reservations! Far walks to lobby/restaurants! No room service at all!! Bar closes early!! Overall terrible hotel plus terrible service!!!

Beautiful grounds with peacocks. Professional and courteous staff each one of them, however room probably not cleaned or mopped daily as my feet were so dirty from being barefoot in room. Buffet food just warm and pastries were stale. Lots of mosquitoes coming from bathroom made our stay so uncomfortable and itchy. Never experienced this at any other hotels. Bring your insect repellent for this stay. The room’s phone did not work, we were promised room would be fumigated and it never happened. Others also complained about mosquitoes in their room. Prepare for timeshare/ vacation club sales pitches. Excellent Entertainment and very lively.
