We do believe that customer feedback is the most valuable source of information that's why we have taken the proper notes about the service from housekeeping and food&beverage staff of the hotel in order to forward it straight to our managers involved and take the corrective measures about this situation. It is very nice to read your positive feedback and that you loved the beautiful grounds. According to your rating, our hotel has not lived up to your expectations that is why we want to express our apologies. As this action saddens us a lot that we intend to have the 100% satisfaction of all our guests. But as you might know, all guests’ comments and suggestions help us to find our areas of opportunity to be better and strive excellently. It is very disappointing to read the biggest let down was our staff. That normally tend to be the opposite, as the friendliness is very characteristic of our staff. But, definitely the language barrier can be an impediment sometimes; taking into consideration, we have developed an intensive program for languages with the Human Resources Department to improve communication skills, focusing on English classes.
