The property location and the beach 🏖 was awesome. However, there were 9 restaurants of different cuisine. Food was not so good. Some of them tastes horrible and quality of the food was horrible. We tried a few of their specialty restaurants French was just dry and tasteless, Mediterranean didn’t taste like Mediterranean at all, and by far the worst one was the ikebana Japanese restaurant it was a hibachi our server was one of the worst cook he burnt all the food put excessive garlic into everything and did put on any show didn’t say a word served the food and left, the food was so horrible half of the people left without finishing. The only restaurant we liked was the Brazilian grill

Most of the staff is rude. When I was there one of the employees made fun of me for being gay. After escalating the situation the managers sent me 3 strawberries from the buffet as a form of apology. Seriously, I could not be making this up. Everything runs on schedule at their own convenience. e.g - If it is 5 PM and you are hungry, there is a limited amount of food you can eat (apples, chicken, you run lucky if you get a sandwich). We asked for Jose Cuervo at the bar and the response we got was "This drink is only for members of the resort. You can only drink house Tequila" - which by the way, it tastes horrible. One literally has to bribe the staff to get them to do their job. Ex. While at the pool, we asked one of the servers for a drink. She never came back. After 30 min we saw her again and offered her U$3 to get us the same drink (she did not realize it was the same people) and she was back within 2 minutes. Horrible mistake to go here.

We lost power one day, and water one day. The rooms were adequate, but the property itself is beautiful and the beach is perfect!

It is very nice to read your positive feedback and that you loved the beautiful grounds. According to your rating, our hotel has not lived up to your expectations that is why we want to express our apologies. As this action saddens us a lot that we intend to have the 100% satisfaction of all our guests. But as you might know, all guests’ comments and suggestions help us to find our areas of opportunity to be better and strive excellently. It is very disappointing to read the biggest let down was our staff. That normally tend to be the opposite, as the friendliness is very characteristic of our staff. But, definitely the language barrier can be an impediment sometimes; taking into consideration, we have developed an intensive program for languages with the Human Resources Department to improve communication skills, focusing on English classes. Loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly and super professional. I traveled with family in a group of eight people. Every single person in my group was satisfied with the hotel and staff members. We will definitely be coming back and will rave about it to all our friends..

I enjoyed the resort, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The entertainment staff was phenomenal, they really loved their jobs and made our stay especially memorable. Black panther especially went out of his way to offer excellent service and was very fun! I wish all the workers were as friendly as he is!!

Gran Sirenis was a wonderful hotel experience luxury,elegant and playful decor along with a pools was easy to spend an entire day resting, Sirenis has an stunning view, It's quite, super clean and very friendly was a great week with a wonderful evenings, comfortable rooms, excellent experience. The waterpark and different selections for the restaurants made the resort very unique, but as far as the room, I had trouble with the sofa bed because it was not comfortable, and I had to talk to the staff repeatedly to change it. And when it was finally changed, it was the complete same problem all over again. Then we requested to change rooms, and after two nights we finally changed rooms but the sofa bed in the new room was completely the same. I hope in the future they can get better sofa beds, for larger families to be more comfortable. We like the hotel because inside it was very peaceful but the staff needs to do more about resolving their customers issues.
