Nice place, but had a bad night

The room was really nice, clean and chic. But when we arrived after having done the check in, they change our room, even tho i had the key of it. Then, they room that they tooks us too, the ac didn't work all night. I had to sleep at the floor for more coolness and with the balcon door open.
