Miguel our Butler was fantastic. Attentive. Always there when needed. Room was not ready when we accepted the preferred package deal and made payment - 2.5 hour wait after a day of travel. Blue Fish Grill - the worst ribeye I’ve ever paid for, the steak knife would not cut through the Geisel, and we were asked to leave and order dessert from our rooms 5 minutes before close.

We had a wonderful first time at SRB! Despite a slow check in process ( maybe a big change over that day?) it is a Beautiful clean property, food was good, especially the buffet choices! Staff was excellent! Hopefully return someday.

Everything was perfect. Rooms were very clean, mini bars always re-stacked. Grounds and pools & beach were beautiful. Restaurants were good but the buffet was excellent. The hospitality was above & beyond! Would stay again!
