The front desk staff and the kitchen staff were very professional, friendly and hard working! As a female traveling alone, I felt safe in the hotel parking lot and inside the hotel.

it was a great view of the Miss. River! the place was clean, and it was very quiet! we enjoyed it. the only thing i didn't like was the neighbor...it was next to some kind of apartments, and the people were pretty rude...we just stayed in the hotel.

Triple billed for room. Twice travelocity, once with Hyatt. Very hard to resolve.

the property was great. travelocity will not give me a receipt for my stay. my negative feedback was for travelocity not the hotel. the hotel was quite noisy. people slamming doors in hallway and talking loudly all through the night and in the early morning.

I am sorry that your third party will not send you a copy of your bill. It should have been with your confirmation email I would imagine. As for the slamming of doors at all hours of the night that is not good as well. Thank you for the feedback and we hope to see you back again.

The temperature in the room was 55 degrees and it took 3 hours to get the temperature up to 68. The phone didn't work. Couldn't find bath towels. Charged deposit fee of $20 but not told of this item when booking room.

Very nice hotel. Due to covid restrictions, they were serving the eggs etc and not letting you serve yourself. Okay, I get that, but then it makes no sense that you can pour yourself juice or milk? They did have dine in, but they were not wiping off the tables in-between guests.

Thanks for the review. As for the pouring your own items we hope that our guests would use the hand sanitizer as you enter the breakfast area and then keep moving down the line with clean hands until you get to the attendant with the hot food. We also do try to sanitize the tables on a regular basis between guests. We do hope to see you again soon.
