Didn’t like that they photo copied my drivers license so they could match to my credit card. That is not necessary and now it’s out there. Also didn’t like that they took a $50 damage deposit. I better not be charged anything for that. Pool is closed. Fixing! Very noisy heater in room. No tub. Handicap shower?

Our stay for the most part was fine.... however we picked this hotel because it had a pool and come to find out when we got there the pool was going to be closed our entire visit. Our room was clean but I was afraid to close the bathroom door because the handle was falling off. Breakfast (LACK THERE OF) was horrible...cereal but no milk...waffles but no syrup...juice but no available cups... jelly but no bread to make toast. Yep we went out for breakfast all three days!!

We had a jetted tub in our room and it was not clean there was a greasy ring around the tub. And a fork under our bed so it made me wonder what they cleaned...

worst breakfast i ever had in a hotel-its like the owner doesnt even care and he lives in davenport=plus they refused to give a receipt when we checked out so who knows if they are crooked,why would you refuse something like this

Hello, Sorry about the miscommunication. There must have been a mix up, a 3rd party payment reciept would have to come from the party you booked the room with. We dont provide reciepts. A bit far from downtown, but the price probably reflects this. For a less expensive room that is very clean and comfortable, this is a winner.

Worse hotel experience ever

The room was filthy. Bugs all over the floor. Soap in the shower was used and hair all over it. Coffee pot was dirty. No new coffee or sugar left in the room. The remote for the TV didn't work. Had burn marks in the carpeting big holes in the walls. I complained all the did was vacuum. All the tables, desk and sink we're sticky. Not cleaned at all. I told the front desk about the remote she said they didn't have any that worked. On Sunday my husband and I went out for the day. They shut off our room keys. Had to go to the front desk she had no reason why they did that since we were booked Friday through Monday. Breakfast was stale cereal, 4 slices of white and wheat bread. Or you could have waffles. That was the choices. No microwave in the room as it states on the website.
