It was the most interesting check experiences I ever had. Nothing wrong with that except while waiting for a person to attend the window - the kiosk seemed like it was saying something? My adult son and his teen children - two - were with me; the real living clerk lifted us up to a suite; fridge - oven - the whole works; amply supplied with towels and a heavy quilt; you could not find a more AAA approved industrial area - but this was it. 1600 Industrial Blvd...no wonder; actually, fairly nice and really quiet. Pottstown is an awesome burg; go visit

Overall property looks nice from outside, but interior was kind of inferior for Best Western Plus Executive Residency. Staff was rude and not courteous. One of the bedsheets were slightly stained red. Bathroom towels had red stain marks. Hotel was running short of these basic supplies so they couldn't replace any of this. Unable to get another set of toiletries.
I am not sure how they were planning to replace all these once I checked-out today early morning if they are running short of basic supplies.
Elevator stopped working on the property just today morning.
Hotel price dropped significantly on the day of travel but couldn't get price adjustment.
I am dropping these comments to Best Western management too.
I have stayed in many other hotels including Best Western in past. Based on recent experience, I am not planning to consider Best Western Plus Executive residence or higher tier Best Western brand in near future.

Everything in the room was old. The sealing was pealing and the shower was to short for a 6’5 guy to stand in. There was nothing stating that the building was under construction, with no working pool, and nothing for breakfast.

The hotel needs repairs, first room had no working bathroom, the second room the shower did not work, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the curtains fell off the rod when we tried to close them, Hotel in general disrepair.
