Danger zone
While the apartment is in a perfect location, don't be fooled by the photos. During my first night there, the water "container" broke and the apartment flooded. Since I had only used the water to brush my teeth, I can only assume that the situation was precarious to begin with. This was confirmed on my walk to the new apartment when the manager mentioned that this had happened in several other of their apartments over the course of the year. I was unable to get help from the agency during the night (no emergency phone numbers for this type of situation). I ended up calling the pompiers who came and found the water shut-off for me. In addition to the water situation, I was taken aback by the steep staircase, as well as the likelihood of hitting my head on either the ceiling of the bedroom closest to the bathroom or the passage from the second bedroom to the bathroom. In short, if you are a person who is unsure of herself physically (as I am due to a broken leg), this apartment is not for you. And be sure to ask about the water heater situation before you rent.

Bien situé et tranquille
RAS sinon 2 ampoules manquantes (une dans les marches de l’escalier pour accéder aux chambres - l’autre sur le palier - compliqué d’ouvrier la porte 😉). Accès aux chambres demande une bonne condition physique : marches raides et serrées.
