Propert manager was helpful, and the housekeepers as well. We could have used a few more towels. The bedding in the closet for the sofa had a stained blanket, made us unsure if the blanket was clean or not. The shower is not sealed properly and the water flows into the rest of the bathroom.

MUST READ ALL!! The bathroom handles are broken and the door scrapes on the ground making the closing of the door very loud and hard. Housekeeping was not performed when we purposely paid more for this apartment as housekeeping was listed. No instructions were provided for check-in causing us to drive around for no reason waiting for a response to messages. They promised housekeeping will come and they did not and we couldn’t shower as we have no towels. Hours waiting for a reply and some messages have no reply at all. 4-star accommodation is completely wrong… it is a 2-star. The owner called after checkout to say he doesn’t offer daily housekeeping, despite a screenshot of booking conditions clearly saying daily housekeeping is included. The owner blames Expedia and Expedia blames the owner. We had the worst stay possible. No toilet paper, No towels, Broken doors, a mattress that is sinking and like sleeping on concrete, and overflowing rubbish. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! the concrete mattress and loud music echoing and vibrating through the apart from the nearby bar alone is a deterrent. $0 compensation from Owner. He refused any responsibility.

The location of this property is great! Close to all the shopping, restaurants and the ferry! Just know you have steps to get to room and close to a restaurant that plays music late. It didn’t bother us but wanted to include in review.

The appartment is absolutely fantastic, loved the mix of old and new, very well designed and everything you need. Great value for the price. The huge shared terrace is a big plus. Communication about Check in was not good though, had to ask for the access code a few times and other guests appeared to be confused as well.

I was very happy with everything, the location, the cleanliness and the overall apartment. On my arrival, I was slightly taken back as I was under the impression that it was a hotel. However, I was very happy to find out that it was a beautiful home with 3 separate rooms. It was like our own little hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the host is awesome. Available 24/7

Great flat in the old town of Rethymno. 10 minute walk from busy public beach and steps away from many restaurants. The apartment is safe and quiet. Very comfortable for 4 friends. Highly recommended.

Wow ! What a beautiful apartment set within an established building in the old town of Rethymnon.50 metres from the beach and a view of the Venetian harbour and lighthouse from our balcony. Tastefully decorated with modern furniture. Spotlessly clean throughout, with brilliant white bedding and towels and plenty of hot water. We had the pleasure of meeting the lovely lady owner/designer Zina on several occasions who was so welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast on our balcony and dinner at the many restaurants that surrounded the apartment. Shops and bars are close by and we enjoyed being in the centre of things. A truly lovely holiday and will definitely go back again. Thank you Zina !
