GREAT HOTEL terrible service
The room and the place itself were great but I waited like 30 minutes for someone to come up to the front desk to help me. After checking in I was just handed my key without being given any direction so I had to look for room myself. Check out is at 11am, at a few minutes to 10 housekeeping came banging on the door saying it’s check out time and they need to clean the room!! So we were practically kicked out. My number is 646-326-2945 for any other questions.

Decent hotel with a recent makeover. Good off-season price. Modern and rather stylish. A tasty, made to order breakfast (for purchase) was provided with kind service. Minor issues: heat was a little quirky and the shower wall had gaps around the tub spout & shower head.
