Excellent staff, we had issues getting to Riomaggiore, but they waited for us. The room is basic but clean, right across from a nice restaurant. It has a view to the ocean from the balcony. Our room rate was expensive

Easy access to Cinque Terre
I was arriving very late because missed train stop, but the customer service was very helpful to help me located the room, handled problem efficiently by phone & in person
