Clean and comfortable. Very professional, checking in could of been smoother took 20 minutes but the lobby was packed and only one person helping.

The rooms and property are always clean when I stay there. However the staff at the hotel on UC Riverside Drive in Moreno Valley are terrible!!

The bed was horrible and the location was sketchy. Travelocity charged me for booking then Motel 6 charges me again at the time of check in.

Disgusting. The door had been kicked in, barely closed. The TV appeared that it was attempted to be stolen and didn’t work. I was afraid and when I got there after paying the guarantee fare they did not have us in the system. I had to wait for an opening and missed the opportunity for a meet and greet with our favorite artist at the festival we were attending costing me $500 down the drain. It was $200 p/night times 2 for a nightmare that I wish I could take back. I waited months for this weekend and it was ruined.

This independent Motel 6 (not part of the franchise) was a very hostile environment, treating visitors more like enemies than guests. 1) The staff was uncheerful and hostile towards guests when dealing with check-in, failed to supply sufficient keys for the number of guests (didn't bother trying to resolve due to the hostile attitude), and blamed and reprimanded the guests when the key cards didn't work, etc. 2) The hotel policies were hostile. By staying there, visitors were reported to the police and city (even if there were no incidents), the hotel reserved the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, if the staff even suspected any illegal activity they would throw the guests out, there were "no visitor" rules, etc. 3) Premise was fenced with security guards on patrol, reception behind bullet-proof glass. Although I experienced no incidents in this regards, it felt more like the security was watching me as an intruder rather than protecting me as a guest. Vibe was more like a jail than a hotel. Selected this hotel due to the late check out time; this was about its only positive feature.
