The people are amazing and friendly. The food was very good. The water in the room tasted like sea water. The balconies were too small to use.

Our hotel was close to the beach and that is where we spent most of our time. The ocean was beautiful! The weather was excellent! The staff on the beach were a lot of fun and full of energy! The customer service staff in the hotel could of been more friendly and helpful. The food was "ok" at the buffet, but pretty good at the restaurant's. There were just shams on the bed to lay your head on and they were very uncomfortable, so never really got a good night sleep.
