It’s a nice hotel with a nice staff. But the property is in disrepair. The icemaker on the second floor has been broken for months and the equipment in the exercise room has been nonfunctional for more than a year! The TVs cable is hard to manage and old technology. The hotel needs updating badly!!

Our room was not vacuumed! We also booked a suite for 6 people, there was no linen for the pullout couch and towels for 4. They did bring linen right away but didn’t vacuum until late morning the next day. The breakfast was very good and honestly I feel the biggest problem was short staff.

Trash left under sofa-bed, from previous stay. Obvious maintenance issues in the bathroom. Peeling paint, drywall. Bathroom door loose. Issues brought to the attention of front desk personnel, who were unconcerned. Will NOT be staying again.
