The room was not clean. The floor was sticky with shoe prints on the floor. In the bathroom, the floor around the toilet still had urine around the rim. Some of the towels had mildew on them. The thermostat had a low battery alert on it. There were multiple issues with the room. The night manager was unable to provide another room because he said they were filled to capacity. There was not a manager available to assist with my concerns. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Awesome staff
The staff was very friendly.y daughter actually left her purse in our room after check out and they were so kind in helping us find it! Everyone we came across was very nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay and plan to stay here again next time we are in town.

Very good accommodations at a reasonable price. Front desk Julia was very pleasant. Comfortable, clean room. Free Wi-Fi unless you wanted better service then it was $5. Breakfast was ok. Got the oatmeal with walnuts and cranberries. It tasted odd so I did not eat it. Coffee was so-so. We will stay again if stopping near Memphis
