The check in was great. But they didn’t have any carts so we could bring our luggage to the room. The young lady at the front went as far to walk the floors to look for one. We believe other guest stored them in their room overnight. Did not enjoy the breakfast the next morning. Biscuits were cold and a bowl of oranges were but out and a few of them had mold on them. The employees who set up the breakfast needs to pay more attention to the fruits before servring them to guest.

Check-in took about two minutes - very quick and efficient, staff friendly and helpful. Facility very clean, new. Room spacious. A little tricky to find entrance to hotel, but outstanding room and service.

The property was great. The hotel was very nice. I will say that the education of how the billing system works needs to be better communicated amongst the front desk staff. I paid upfront for my room. Then I was told there would be a $50 deposit taken off my debit card. It took $90 instead.
