The staff is was extremely personable. Check in was quick and painless.
The room, a bit run down. When I had an opportunity to walk around, it seems as though the building could use some TLC.
Bed and pillows are comfortable (actually slept an hour longer than usual!). Good water pressure.

Since the stop was just overnight I didn’t require much. Decor was okay only. Bathroom sink very tiny. Breakfast was just okay. Have stayed at other BW which I liked much better. Staff was great.

I waited too long to get a hotel near my daughter's college for parents weekend, so had a 35 minute drive to this hotel. I was very happy that the hotel was so nice! The desk staff were courteous. The lobby and breakfast area were very nice. My room was large, modern, and clean. The bed, pillow, and sheets were so comfortable! I had a nice evening watching a movie on HBO and then slept very soundly. Breakfast included eggs and sausage in addition to waffles and other breakfast foods. I will definitely stay here again. My only, and minor, complaint was that it seemed isolated. I drove about a mile in either direction looking for a grocery or convenience store or a gas station, and there weren't any. But the desk staff was helpful and there is a small shop in the lobby with snacks and drinks etc.
