I purchased items so that I can have in my room to eat due to sometimes my legs hurt to walk long distances. Upon my check in my fridge unit was off and none working. I turn it on and put my items in it, the next morning my items were sweating and hot and spoiled. I went to the front desk to make it known and was told to wait until a room became available in a hr. I left and came back and a room was still not available I gave my number to be notified and still no call. I reached out through email to true manager with my concerns. Also the same night as my check I did report the fridge was working and was told that maintenance would come to my room and check it . They never showed . I had to spend more money on food . When I shouldn’t have to . Waste of money on the room and my food weekend shot.

Not horrible, very nice about dogs, good size room, good shower. Too many people constantly smoking right near the entrance and exit. Fire alarm on one night, we had to stand outside for an hour until after midnight. Soap was awful, seemed to be 10 years old, would not produce suds.

The room was not clean. Door handles were filthy. Front desk personnel was a bit sassy. Alot of suspicious characters walking around. Did not feel safe. Very icy parking lot. Was not salted.

There was severe flooding and standing water on the 3rd floor. Room smelled of smoke even though we requested non smoking. Room looked grungy and old over all.

Arrived late at night and staff was as helpful as they could be. One room had been released so the only option we had for the second room was a king smoking for 3 people. Rearranged so those with asthma slept in the other room and got a roll away bed.

Room was very clean. Furnishing very worn. Breakfast consists of coffee thermoses and packaged muffins and granola bars. Never did find vending machines. Location is just past all the traffic. Quiet area with instant access to restaurants, shopping and supplies. Had a nice stay for the price, will probably return when back in Rochester
