I suspect that the hotel was understaffed. We arrived to our room to see the door propped open with a hanger. Garbage in bathroom was not taken out. Probably rushed to turn around the room. When we turned on heater in room it smelled like burning dust or hair. Couldn’t use it to warm the room. Check in person was lovely and the complementary bottle of water was nice.

We shoulders up late at night to be told we didn’t have a room. The man at the desk was very nice and apologetic and did call a manager and a room “was found “. We go to the room which was clearly never cleaned. Sheets were dirty. I had to get clean sheets and the desk and make the beds and clean bedside table which was visibly dirty!!

Location was clean. Beds were comfortable. The check in was fast efficient and friendly. The food at the breakfast was great. both pork and turkey sausages. They even had alternative milks for those of us who cannot consume dairy. That was a welcome and rare touch.

Rooms are decent size and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Service is good. Would have given it a higher rating, however, the beds were below average. Mattress was thin and subpar. Would not recommend for anyone who needs a comfortable bed to sleep.

Dear Daniel, I am so sorry that you was in a room which needs new beds. We are going through renovations in November. We are told to hold off on ordering certain things, but I do believe that bed should in fact be replaced in that room. We will do that. Again so sorry you didnt get a good night sleep

I booked a standard two bed room. Was given a room with a king bed. Was told since they were selling out to a college they had the right to change my room and if I did not like it that they could deny me a room. I had to take the room due to the fact I had a job physical the next day. They said they could do this cause I booked through Travelocity instead of their site. I feel this wrong. Also when I was booking a king bed room was lower in price than the 2 bed standard. Do not come to this hotel.

Indoor Heated Pool and exercise room is a great feature. The only thing I did not like is that the rooms are not Cleaned everyday (I stayed 3 nights)
