I didn’t like the very sticky bathroom floor when we entered. Also, front desk said all rooms have Wi-Fi. I can’t log on to me desktop.

Hotel was just off the interstate, easy to get into and out of. The upkeep was disappointing. The lobby couch cushions were frayed with holes, the rooms smelled of smoke even though there are signs for no smoking, the desk staff was rarely there when I pasted the desk several times a day. The bed was comfortable but overall for the price and affiliations, I was disappointed.

We take cleanliness seriously and we will be looking into that matter and make sure it doesn't happen again. We are in the process of updating our guest rooms and we are hoping to be finished with them by the spring of next year.
