The property was fine. We only booked bc we had a flight 2 hours from home and there was a snowstorm. I would recommend top floor so you don’t hear footsteps from above.

The staff was very nice. I took my Mom and Aunt for a girl's night and we felt safe and had a great time. It was a convenient location for us to meet up with other family.

The check in went smoothly the employees were great but the guest were very rude and noisy. Our room was located pretty much in the entrance and there were moments we had a hard time getting into our room due to guest in the hallway. Our shower was messed up. The sweet lady at the front desk tried to help but she couldn't get it to work either. Finally the last evening there the maintenance guy came in and got to working. We had only 1 little bar of soap and a half a roll of toilet paper when we got in there.

the staff we interacted with were great. the mold on the bathroom ceiling not so great. having to go to kitchen for ice was a bit annoying, especially since we were on the 2nd floor. overall 8 on a scale of 10.
