The Landings Resort and Spa was the perfect spot for our family vacation! Beautiful resort with all the amenities you'll want. The resort grounds, room, restaurants, beaches, pools and equipment were all pristinely maintained. Peronilla, Gregg and Maverick went above and beyond to make any accommodations we needed on the resort, as well as making any arrangements to leave the resort. We stayed in a beachfront room and the view of Rodney Bay was stunning. The food was delicious and service was personalized by all of the restaurants staff, including but not limited to Jeroneil, Sheena, Shanice and Alice. All of the support provided by the staff at the Landings meant more quality time spent with our family. Thank you to everyone at Landings that made our stay so wonderful!

Excellent stay at this resort. The butler service was exceptional starting with Kevie , pearl and Gregg. All were very helpful. After a initial hiccup at check in Wendell was able to straighten things out quickly and remedied the problem. Breakfast was amazing, location is perfect staff very friendly. Could not have asked for anything more. Highly recommended.

Mark T My beachfront villa with plunge pool and butler service was on the ground floor with fantastic sunset views. I spent most of my time on the veranda or in the ocean. The beach is open to the public and I felt safe and secure in my villa and on the beach. The beach was well maintained and no one was pushing to sell you anything on the beach. All the staff were very courteous and attentive. The staff was very willing to bring the breakfast or lunch I selected at the beachfront restaurant to my veranda for private dining with my wife. We admired the beautiful St Lucia mountains and ocean as we dined on the veranda. I didn’t want to leave. The only concern I had were mosquitoes at the veranda. But the staff worked to correct that. The butlers were very good. Butler Kezia went above and beyond to supervise a fabulous birthday dinner for me on my veranda. Hope to go back soon.

They booked us the wrong room and couldn’t change it for two days so we wasted two days of our trip waiting around for a new room. The other days of our trip rained for the entire time so we couldn’t do any excursions. The rooms are nice but there’s not a lot of staff communication.

We stayed at The Landings for 1 week and overall had a good experience, but not without problems. First the bad: We reserved a beach-front suite months ahead of our stay but we were given a room with no view for our first 2 days. The beach is nice but small. If you like to go on long walks on the beach you won't be able to do that here. At the beach there were people who don't work for the hotel soliciting for boating trips. They would approach our recliners, disturb our relaxation and push us to book a trip. Hotel security would walk by often but do nothing. We had COVID tests done at the hotel prior to departure and despite copying the information from our passports they mis-spelled our last name and it took hours to have this corrected. There are really only 3 places to eat on the resort, and many meals are buffet only, not ideal in the time of COVID. Lastly, they denied our request to check-out 1 hour late. This would have made our last day much more enjoyable, especially as we had to deal with the hotel's error with our COVID test mentioned above. Now the good: This is a very nice resort, with great rooms, good food, friendly staff and a nice sandy beach. We never had trouble getting a recliner at the beach or the pools. They have a good assortment of water activities available for free, including sea kayaks, paddle boards and 12 ft Hobies. There are motor sports available for a fee. We greatly enjoyed St. Lucia and would consider staying here again.
