Всё замечательно, кроме того, что на вашем сайте была заявлена односпальная кровать, а нам на безе выдали раскладушку для дочери. Она оказалась, очень хорошей, широкой и с хорошим матрацем. Но эффект неожиданности от несоответствия заявленного на вашем сайте и полученного в реале был.

Приятный Новогодний отдых
Отличный отдых не далеко от дома. Номер комфортный, все продумано и удобно, очень тепло, пол с подогревом, можно сушить зимние намокшие вещи. Много интересного для детей: новая детская площадка, большая горка для катания на ватрушке и разнообразная анимация. Аниматорам отдельное спасибо! И ещё хочу отметить кухню: вкусно по-домашнему, недорогие комплексные обеды и ужины. Спасибо шеф-повару Роману, он реально старается. Новогодний ужин был разнообразным и вкусным. Всем рекомендую! И сама обязательно вернусь сюда летом.

Впечатление отличное, отдых шикарный Мангалов много, можно бесплатно шашлык пожарить Мяч волейбольный, ракетки для бадминтона платно Мы жили в четвертом блоке в 12 номере и в душе и в раковине не было горячей воды это жесть, пропускать воду и ждать час тоже не помогло, хотя в 11номере была сразу горячая вода. Трава была не скошена, считай если бы не дорожки, то мы будто в поле Есть детская площадка, но травы там выше, чем по колено, не покрашено и старая советская не безопасная зона

Очень грязно, в еде волосы
Приезжали сюда на Новый год. Номер забронировали за 2 месяца, в особых пожеланиях указали, что кровать нужна для двоих, потом еще делали доп.запросы через сайт Hotels.com - ноль реакции. Позвонили, и в администрации сказали, что "такие сообщения не доходят" и в итоге дали номер с двумя сдвинутыми кроватями. ПРи бронировании через сайт Hotels.com возникла еще одна проблема - персонал неправильно прочитал имя на латинице и некорректно перевел его на русский, в итоге нас не пускал на территорию охранник, а на респшене минут 20 искали бронь (тк номер брони Hotels.com для них "ничего не значит"). На фотографиях в номере был телевизор с ЖК экраном. На деле оказался маленький (примерно 20 на 20 см) прибитый к потолку и с неработающей антенной. Чинить ее никто не стал - Новый год же. Сам номер очень грязный: на ковре очень много пятен и следов обуви, стены все в засаленных отпечатках и еще в каких-то непонятных следах, кафель в разводах тоже непонятно чего. Покрывало и постельное белье грязные, в пятнах от неотстиранной крови. Освещения в номере практически нет, очень темно, даже если включить торшер и лампу. Wifi нет. На завтрак подали кашу столовскую кашу, в которой были волосы (меню очень ограниченное). В бойлере с чаем, кофе и водой плавали какие-то штуки непонятные. Единственный плюс - это расположение. Территория на берегу озера, много беседок. мангалов. Для того, чтобы приехать на один день на пикник - самое оно.
