I had a great one day stay with all the heavy snow that arrived that day. The shuttle driver Sarg was an excellent and friendly driver. Felt very safe the couple of times i used the shuttle service that night. As for the female night desk clerk, oh my.....never seen anyone so rude in my life! My wife was blown away with her tone that night. Besides all that we enjoyed ourselves at that beautiful hotel.

The staff was very professional and friendly. The property is well kept. The room was really nice, but the bedding smelled like it had not been changed and we found several pairs of socks from the previous customer.
