Very refined one bedroom apartment in the center of Roseto degli Abruzzi. The apartment is 45 square meters consisting of a double bedroom, a bathroom, a corridor and a lounge with kitchen and sofa bed for two people. The furniture is brand new and has two entrances, one of which is independent. At 300 meters. From the sea, near a supermarket, a church, pharmacy, bar, fish shop, all the comforts that a family needs. Outdoor parking space is almost always available. Air conditioning, sheets and towels available. Iron, hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, drying rack for linen and ironing board. Air conditioning. In the high season (from 10/08 to 20/08) it is difficult to find parking spaces. There is no garage.

Nettes Apartment
Gianni ist stets um seine Gäste bemüht und bei Problemen immer ansprechbar und hilft. Es ist ein kleines nettes Apartment, dass jedoch an eine stark befahrene Straße liegt. Es fehlt ein Parkplatz nur für Mieter dieser ist nicht vorhanden. Wer ohne PKW anreist hat damit ja kein Problem. Restaurants, Geschäfte und Meer sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Il soggiorno nelle casa di Gianni è stato molto piacevole. L'appartamento è arredato con mobili liniari, puliti e ben fornito di vettovaglie. A piedi, si raggiunge facilmente la bella spiaggia di Roseto degli Abruzzi. Poco distante si possono noleggiare biciclette e percorrere la lunga pista ciclabile. Il proprietario Gianni, sempre disponibile.

Ottimo appartamento
L'appartamento del sig.Gianni è perfetto. Si trova in centro, nessun problema a parcheggiare la macchina. L'appartamento è pulito e ben disposto ed è a 5 minuti dal mare. Ha una camera ma nel soggiorno c'è un divano letto molto comodo.Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo. Appartamento da consigliare!
