The resort structure is really good, all of the employers are polite and don’t hesitate in trying to help you. There are a lot of fun things to do here from Ice skating to tubes but these have an additional charge, there is a swim and fitness center with hot tubes and a heated pool. My only complaint would be the room cleaning, under the beds were very dirty with pieces of food left behind from previous customers. The shower was also not the clean with dark spots all over it.

Although we had hoped to snowshoe, tubing and try cross country ski but there was not enough snow, however other activities such as sauna, outdoor hot tub, ginger bread house, ice skating, sledding at the driving range, bingo kept us occupied so we barely had time to stay in the room, lol. We would like to come back in the summer for hike/bike and golf.

Good place for the Hummer and Escalade crowd. Over-rated.

Unfortunately the small lobby and cramped rooms will disappoint. Feels like an overdone ski lodge. Food only so-so, especially for a place that pretends to something better. The highly-promoted Thanksgiving buffet was heavy on starches and VERY skimpy on the meat servings, unless one felt like begging for a bit more than two thin slices of turkey breast.

Awesome accomodations

Unexpectedly upgraded to an amazing room with fully furnished kitchen, huge bathroom with tub AND separate shower, huge separate bedroom and a living area with a sofa bed and gas fireplace. Kitchen outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and even a waher and dryer. Spent just 2 nights there but would have loved to stay longer. The beds are super comfortable and the room was very quiet. Loved it. So relaxing to sit on our balcony with a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the gorgeous scenery or take a hike on the paved trails through the woods and along the golf course. Enjoyed having the coffee shop near the lobby to get the daily espresso fix. Only at breakfast in the restaurant and the wait staff was very pleasant and accomodating and the food was good. Apparently this is a pet friendly property as we encountered quite a few large dogs in the public areas when coming and going. Kind of startling for the elevator door to open to reveal a Great Dane blocking your path or to be standing near the front desk when someone brings in a wet dog (and its not raining) and it does what wet dogs do and shakes off the water on everyone and everything in the vicinity. Those are owner related issues and not a reflection of the property. The additional $* per day resort fee was not an option and we didn't have time to take advantage of the faciliites but we did check them out and were very impressed with all they have to offer here. The only negative thing is the business center with only one computer and you have to compete for it with kids playing games.
