Excellent hotel close to Europa Park
The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was comfortable with air conditioning. The breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and set us up for a day at Europa Park. They recommended an Italian restaurant just up the road which was good. I left something at the hotel and they even agreed to post it to me. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel

Loved our stay. Perfect location with 5 minute walk through beautiful Rust Village to reach Europa Park. In way home delicious ice cream cones. Wide array restaurant close by. Kosel us clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Very generous breakfast every morning. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely Clean and friendly place in great location
Great friendly place to stay. We would highly recommend for a very comfortable stay when visiting Europa Park. This lovely quiet hotel is located 6 mins walk from the main entrance of the park so no need to drive, you can leave your car at the hotel. Breakfasts are fantastic, hosts are friendly, rooms clean and modern. the only thing I would say it would be a bonus would be a kettle and a small fridge but you can't have it all I guess. there are 2 supermarkets in the village ( one Lidl and one more expensive one) and good range of restaurants - just be aware that everything closes about 2pm and don't reopen until 5/6/7pm . Europa Park is fab, small queues even in the peak of the summer :)

Overpriced and small room spoiled things
Hotel easy to find and location close to the centre of the village and close to Europa Park - an 8 minute easy walk. Parking available behind hotel so you can save the €6 EP parking charge and just walk. Check-in was quick but note the reception is often unmanned later on at night. Drinks and chocolates etc available in vending machines for a reasonable price. No lift/elevator so not good for elderly or the infirm. Our room was on the 2nd floor. Then the big disappointment - the room. Having paid €310 for 2 nights the size of the room was very small and the quality was just not there. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the cheap laminate flooring wasn't very clean. The bathroom was clean but in a very dated style with a cramped shower cabinet. Towels were rough and unpleasant to use. The breakfast was fine with a good choice but unfortunately only available from 8am in the morning - a bit late for us and many people - 7am is more the normal start time. We stayed 2 nights. The staff were friendly so no complaints there. Wifi slow and with a painful log in method Just overpriced and nothing special. At €80 night it would have been okay but not at €155. I think the whole area is possibly well overpriced and plays on the Europa Park to hike up rates. Next time I look for better value elsewhere and accept the extra drive needed to get to the park

Excellent hotel and great for europa Park visitors
We enjoyed 2 nights here during a visit to Europa Park with the kids. The hotel was clean, friendly, comfortable and easy to find. Best of all, it was only a short walk to europa Park entrance. Parking was catered for and friendly staff spoke English which was great, as our German is almost non existent! We would recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay here again if in the area.
