I was very thankful that there is a security guard on site from 7pm to 10am. The area doesn’t feel safe to me. It’s not the hotels fault but the area. The employees have been great. I know that things have been upgraded even though it’s obvious that the buildings are older but I’m fine with that.

The homeless people were on the sidewalk. We had to walk around them to go next door to get sodas. They were along the fence also.

Homeless people are serious social problem for which we are constantly requesting the Mayor office for help. We have onsight security for the safety of our guests

Everything was almost perfect, house keeping needs to improve and make sure they are really cleaning everything, found pee stains around the toilet and the hair dryer had makeup stains. Overall its a nice and comfortable place.

chose location b/c of proximity to Amtrak, Golden One Center and nearby Ball Park ... area surrounding is inhabited by vagrants and other off ramp motels and the such ... its a pit stop stop with gas stations and fast food outlets .. the facility has just reopened after a brief closure and are clean ... the comp breakfast is a respite from frozen fast foods reheated meals ... the service staff is less than welcoming and less than helpful or engaging ... do not recommend

I chose this property for the hot tub and failed to call first to ensure it was in working condition, which it was not. The card reader on the entry door to the pool was broken and they had a cable attached to the door handle on the inside to get in so that anyone could get in to swim. Pool was cold and clean. Nice staff didn't charge early check-in fee. Was not noisy. Some lights in the room didn't work. Toilet is made for little people, smaller than standard size toilet. Shower was good, hot water quick, good pressure that you can adjust. Clean room and linens. Poor WiFi speed. Good free breakfast.

Not "anyone" can come ot pool as this is only for guests and we have onsight secuirty to keep check at trespassing.
