For a room in Sacremento for a family funeral, it was what it was...a room in Sacramento for a family funeral. These were the amenities: a landline phone, tv with 15ish channels and a remote control, plus two travel size bars of soap. I was charged an extra $10 for a relative to stay in the 2nd bed I already paid to upgrade through Travelocity and the front desk tried to get $50.00 in cash for a deposit after everything was already paid for, in advance, through the website. Staff was friendly enough but this establishment really is only a small step above a flop house. The previous reviews are pretty much spot on.

Absolutely a great stay. Updated, clean and comfortable. The only issue was that when we made our reservation thru travelocity, we inadvertantly made it for one person, and neither the hotel staff, not travelocity were able to change it, and that started a cascade of stress and hassle that I am still dealing with. Kind of ruined our trip.
