It was just ok for a couple night's stay-- but we almost cancelled the second night. bed linen was dirty. the room was very dusty, you could feel and smell the dust. overall the room set up is horrible. whoever designed the rooms must be dyslexic or something. the TV set up and seating is strange. it's ok, but next time in Sac we'll go elsewhere.

All of the Staff were very nice. Tina and Mina were especially helpful! I somehow left my suitcase in room 218 bldg. 2. I phoned and talked to Tina. I described the situation and the suitcase. She had a housekeeper look for the suitcase in that room. They found it and put it in Tina’s office. My sister who lives in Sacramento came and picked it up. I live in Clovis, Ca. My meds were in it. Thankyou so much to the wonderful staff that helped me!

It was nice and quiet. Check in staff really wonderful. I didn’t like that there was no trash can in the bathroom area. Found an empty Red Bull can on floor apparently left by previous occupants. Breakfast to go was great. I’d definitely stay there again.

I was not informed, and did not have, the deposit of $250.00. This meant I was not rented the room and they cancelled my reservation. They also said my money was to be credited back to me and was not!
