The rooms at this place were totally nasty. Large stains on the floor, holes in the walls, spider webs, dirty toilets, and broken locks on the doors.

Stayed here 3 years ago, and then it was in fair condition and wasn't horrible. This time around we found dead bugs on the air conditioner, stained sheets and pillow cases, things were not the cleanest. Although the room smelled of bleach and some other cleaning product, things were not the cleanest. The coffee pot was gross. The floor in front of sink felt as if you would go through. It was raining when we were there and the roof leaked; When I called and talked to front desk, I was asked how much it bothered me?? Didn't offer to move us to another room.

The bathroom door was not hung properly, so you have to lift it to close it. There were no tissues available, nor soaps for hand washing - you had to use shampoo to clean your hands. There was a weird smell in the room. The driveway had huge dips in it as you entered and left.

The tub had a hair in it. Looked like that they didn’t clean the room in a while. The lights didn’t work. I was totally disappointed. The room is not handicap accessible.

Convenient to a lot of shops, restaurants, etc. very disappointed with so-called breakfast that was supposed to be included.

We felt the hotel measured up to our expectations

Pros: the hotel was clean, had wifi, easy to get to
Cons: not really
Location: great shoppong, better than Birch Run.
comfortable, appropriately priced and met all our needs
