Independent house completely renovated ideal for families. Located in the village of Sauzelle near the bakery, a grocery store. Direct access to the bike paths which will take you to the superb Gautrelle beach within 3 km, near the Saumonards forest, the town of St Pierre and its market 3 km by bicycle.
A closed garden welcomes you with its wooden terrace, furnished with a garden furniture, a plancha.
Inside on the ground floor: - A living room, with a pellet stove overlooking a fully equipped American kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, gas hob, coffee machine wash, baby chair).
- A bathroom with a spa bath and separate wc.

Nice property
Well equipped property - very clean. Quiet neighbourhood. We didn't meet our hosts owing to communication problems faulty phone. House needs electric iron plus board and somewhere in the yard to hang washing as no dryer

Nous avons passé une super semaine de vacances. La maison est tres bien situee pour decouvrir l ile en velo et pour acceder à la plage et à la foret des saumonards. Elle est agreable avec une cour vegetalisee et de tres bons lits.

Schönes Haus für eine entspannte Zeit
Ein sehr schön renoviertes, tipptopp ausgestattetes Haus mitten in Sauzelles. Auch in der Küche funktioniert alles: gute Töpfe und Pfannen, scharfe Messer etc. Ein Bäcker, der auch Lebensmittel und alles Mögliche für den täglichen Bedarf anbietet, liegt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Der (sehr schöne) Strand ist mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben dort zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Un beau week-end
Nous avons séjourné chez Sandrine, 5 jours, tout s'est très bien passé, la maison est très bien équipé. Elle se situe à proximité de commerces, des plages et du départ de pistes vélos.
