No restaurant and shower wasn't working, but as soon as we called they sent someone, not much wrong but the knob was so hard to turn and that is why I thought it wasn't working. The tv isn't user friendly, remote very hard to manoeuver :(

When I checked in, I was told that they clean the rooms every other day. My room was not clean for my entire stay. I called the front desk and asked for toilet paper and towels, and I had to wait over 30 minutes. The refrigerator in my room was turned off, I had to call the front desk when I arrived to get it turned on. There were also many people loitering in the lobby and in front of the hotel. The hotel felt like a homeless shelter.

Despite being understaffed, the hotel staff were pleasant. Unfortunately they were not around often. The hotel appears to be either hosting homeless or relocation individuals, which unfortunately meant many people loitering around the lobby, smelling of cigarette smoke, and very grungy. They seemed to have a separate “agent” area for this program, with all of the tables filled with persons not appearing to be hotel guests laying, smoking and causing a lot of commotion in the lobby. The hotel seemed to be last updated in the 90s…our room

Was clean, but basic. The floor was laminate flooring that had air pockets throughout the floor.

Without inhaling g the stench of cigarette smoke. Additionally the parking entrance/exit seemed to be the designated smoking area. We had trouble pulling in and out of the garage repeatedly because the smokers didn’t want to move. Then when we needed to role down the window to press buttons smoke flooded into

Pretty good location! Among many nice things:
- covered parking garage
- you are greeted with... Espresso (or coffee or tea)
- clean and nice smelling towels and linens
NEGATIVE:
Our bathroom had a bunch of hairs in the bathtub (gross)

Convenient hotel to access all areas of Montreal. Fresh coffee and tea are available 24 hrs. at the front desk. Helpful and friendly staff...spacious rooms.
