All year round, discounts possible for long stays. Interior surface: 110 m2; 3 independent bedrooms (Titi, Roro and Bill) with double bed (160 * 200 bed in the Titi room), air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets. 2 EPS including one adjoining the Bill room.

You will wake up to the song of birds in a flowered garden. You will be 10 minutes from a swim in Sainte luce, or 10 minutes from a large supermarket and everything that makes up urban life.

A modern, well-equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare breakfasts and meals to be taken in the living room or on the terraces, taking advantage of the panoramic view. You can also dine 10 minutes away, in the heart of the tourist village of Sainte-Luce, lively all year round.

You will have two terraces of more than 30 m² (you will spend a large part of your time there). You will have at your feet the diamond bay and its famous Rock, while admiring the hummingbirds foraging. You can admire the splendid sunsets on the peninsula of Trois-Îlets whatever the time of year.

In the 2000 m² enclosed garden with trees and flowers, you can pick tropical fruits depending on the season. Your children can play it safely.

Villa with a View
I lovely retreat in the hills north of St. Luce. Just what we were looking for. Perfect for making day trips to various parts of the island, and evenings ‘at home’ enjoying the view. Hummingbirds abound in the verdant gardens. Evenings we were serenaded by the chirping of frogs and bleating of goats. A traditional style house updated with modern amenities, but retaining much rustic charm.

Séjour "surprenant" !
Séjour du 18 au 28 mars 2024 J’ai attendu quelques jours avant d’écrire ces commentaires afin que mes propos soient pondérés. La villa est située sur la montagne et donne un spectacle époustouflant de jour comme de soir ! Un peu vieillot mais avec ses charmes créoles. Extérieur grandiose avec jardin fleuri entourant la villa; la douche extérieure est appréciable et très agréable. Un « habitué » de la villa (oiseau) nous rend visite chaque matin et c’est adorable; Intérieur confortable mais dont la salubrité est questionnable ! Nous avons dû nettoyer les filtres des 3 climatiseurs qui nous indisposaient. Nous avons lavé les planchers pour notre sécurité et confort ! Avons eu aussi la visite inattendue des employés d’entretien paysager à 09h00 un matin sans avoir été averti !!! Un rideau métallique a été défectueux durant notre séjour mais a été réparé rapidement. Finalement, lors de notre départ, le mandataire nous a outrageusement demandé de payer 50 Euros pour le manquement de certains items alimentaires, alors que nous laissions 2 bouteilles de vin et autres victuailles. N’eut été de cette « taxe » préjudiciable, nous aurions considéré notre séjour bien acceptable, car cette superbe villa en vaut le détour !

Agreable séjour avec vue époustouflante
L'atout indéniable de la maison est sa terasse avec sa vue époustouflante sur l'île.. Nous avons pleinement pu profiter des petits déjeuner et apéros à contempler le diamant. La villa a egalement tout le confort souhaité : un lit tres large et confortable, chambre équipée de moustiquaire et climatisation. Son emplacement nous a également été parfaite, au milieu de tous les points proches. Et le top reste l accueil de Victor, directement à la sortie de l aeroport pour nous guider à la villa, et nous y accueillir comme il faut. Merci encore En résumé, une location sans regret pour profiter de chaque moment à admirer la nature environnante

Notre avis sur cette maison créole
Le point fort de ce gîte est sa vue époustouflante sur le Diamant. La maison, un peu vieillissante, se situe dans un environnement plutôt calme. Le jardin est très agréable. Les équipements très corrects avec même des jeux plages. Un gros bémol toutefois sur cette maison créole dont les fenêtres ne possèdent pas de vitres mais des persiennes typiques en bois doublées de volets roulants qui ne suffisent pas à masquer le bruit parfois assourdissant des grenouilles et de la pluie. Attention donc aux sommeils fragiles ! Dans le livret, nous avons cherché la fiche annoncée pour suggérer des améliorations : de jolis lustres en osier remplaceraient avantageusement les nombreux néons aux couleurs blafardes ...

Superbe séjour
Nous avons adoré ! La maison est parfaitement située, au calme et à une dizaine de minutes de Ste Luce et Rivière Salée. La vue de la terrasse et telle que présentée sur les photos et le jardin vraiment agréable, avec tous ses fruits à disposition des locataires (mangues, bananes, coco...) Très belle expérience.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Victor.la maison est très bien située face au rocher du Diamant très belle vue. Par compte il faudrait revoir la vaisselle 5 assiettes plates pour 6 c'est juste avoir tous les mêmes verres une bonne idée aussi et quelques chaises longues en plus sur la terrasse. sur l'annonce il est indiquée 3 salles de bains il y a une erreur. Si non nous Avons passé 4 semaines superbes juste revoir les petits détails.

Bon séjour
Nous avons passé un séjour en famille très agréable. La maison est très bien située avec une vue absolument magnifique. Quel plaisir de prendre ses repas et des périodes de repos sur la grande terrasse ! Le jardin est également très beau. Hôte agréable et à l écoute.
