Right from the reception to the state/condition of the room, to the amenities in and outside the room was just spectacular. The receptionist(s) were receptive and very helpful and patient in dealing with every of our queries. All the amenities the hotel provided made our stay pleasant and lovely (without ha having to break the bank). "

"One night stay after a visit to old Trafford for a football game. Area is nice and hotel is located well for stadium. Lots of restaurants around and easy access to other areas of Manchester. Staff in the hotel were friendly and really helpful. Hotel clean, tidy and well equipped. Some areas of our room could have done with a refresh but overall a good standard. Breakfast was good and we left happy with our experience."

The rooms were large and clean, yes the carpets are worn but I was more than happy with our stay and would certainly stay again. "
