Cold bedroom, main door not closed completely, toilet freezing, and under the sink leaking from the pipe, flooding all floor. No toilet paper, I had to ask in the reception - what a shame!

Building site. Room had mould (lots) on carpet. Decor was like a squatters room. Lady at desk was polite but I made my excuses and left. This property is in very poor condition and, for me, I wouldn’t stay there for free. Worst hotel I e seen in decades I’m afraid. Avoid!

I've never walked out of a hotel...this one we had to! Firstly id like to point out I'm not fussy by any stretch, but this hotel was so bad! Upon arrival we were told we were the only ones staying that night and they couldn't give us a key to either the front door of the hotel or our actual room, due so the key cards on the room doors were not working.... The guy behind the so called 'reception desk' was nice enough and I doubt It was his fault but whoever owns the hotel seriously needs to stop trading until the room is in a safe enough state. The room itself was pretty grim, stains on the floor and walls, stagnant water in the kettle, electrical fittings hanging out the wall, the shower head actually fell off and clarted me in the head! Safe to say we left within approx 20mins and booked another hotel. Unfortunately that was £65 down the drain...

Good location close to the city without being in the thick of it. Only £9 in an uber to the Victoria warehouse where we were going. Walls very thin so can hear everything. Room unclean stains in the seiling and mirrors. Wires hanging out the wall on the tv. Wifi terrible and freeview didnt work. Tiny room, but for the price you get what you pay for i suppose. Its fine if you just need a bed for the night which we did after our rave lol! The bathroom was ok. But toilet was loose and towel rail hanging off the wall.
