Everything was fine. Airport shuttle service was prompt. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfasts were better than those offered at larger chains.

We stayed just one night for a concert. We were within walking distance of the venue and tons of places to eat. Everything was great! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was an actual buffet, not just cold cereal. We are from the area and we're pleased to find such a great place, so conveniently located and the price was great too!! We would definitely recommend this Crystal Inn location and will stay again. Thank you!

It may be the location, but this property is looking a bit run down. Missing wallpaper in the lobby and other places. A mattress sitting on the hall on the 4th floor. Missing coffee pot.
