The blankets were not properly washed they had a feces smell. There were really no options of wine but one red and one white no rose and the champagne was the worse quality. The staff were great and the property was well taken care off. If they wash the blankets with tide, Clorox in super hot water will be great and if they add more options of let’s say 3 red 3 white and 3 rose and a better choice of Champagne or Prosecco that will make a better experience for the guests

TLDR: Great beach, (mostly) terrible staff and few amenities. Pros: 1) The beach. Gorgeous with crystal clear water and nice sand. (Prepare to get there early if you want a nice view and shady spot.) 2) The Spa. Great massages and super-friendly staff. 3) COVID precautions. All staff wore masks at all times and at the buffet patrons are expected to wear a mask and plastic glove when getting food. 4) A few wonderful staff members -- in addition to the spa, the woman with glasses at guest services and the guys running the nonmotorized sports were great. Cons: 1) Service is atrocious. Other than those mentioned above, staff seemed like they were annoyed to assist us and native spanish speakers seemed to get faster and friendlier service. Requests for items in the room, like laundry bags, went unfulfilled. Items like hand towels or face cloths often missing after room was cleaned. "Included mini-bar" is nonexistent. We got 2 beers in our fridge the entire stay and only two water bottles each day. 2) "All-inclusive." While technically true, we felt very misled about the availability of food and drinks. One restaurant open each night with v. limited seating and a "waitlist" in one staff member's head. Unless you were in line when the place opened, the wait was at least one hour and more if the v. rude man with the waitlist in his head decided to let others in before you. Food took forever. Buffet=mediocre, wine scarce. I could go on, but out of space!

The FUN Staff Committed, warm and helpful. Major thanks to the Entertainment Crew!!! To us, they were the highlight of this trip! Full of energy and immediately friendly. It was like you were part of their crew!! Wagner at the sports hut was fantastic. Teaching my husband and always checking in on us. Chocolate was always on top of his game! Not only was he fun to be around but he seemed to always go beyond his role by taking care of the resort in general, which I am sure is not part of his job description. Janko!!! What in infectious soul and human being. Full of energy, love and dreams wrapped up in such a young person. He made our stay fun. Always looked forward to chatting with him as he made EVERYTHING fun!!! The resort really hit the mark when it came to their entertainment staff!!! They definitely get an A!!! Restaurants, House Keeping , Reception On point! Great service, Santos always had a warm greeting and kept on top of the staff in general to ensure guests were being attended to. ALL restaurant staff were so on point. Quickly making sure that you received anything you needed, even if they had to take a small field trip to get it. Housekeeping never had to be called upon. The room was always clean and pleasant when we returned from our daily adventures. The reception desk was helpful. We had one small issue but its not worth even mentioning since everything and everyone else completely made up for it (I believe the employee wasn't even a front desk emp)

Beach was fantastic. Jonathan, bell hop was attentive, helpful and professional. Actually all of the desk staff presented themselves the same way, positive experience at reception. Most wait staff appeared not interested in service. Most days waited well over 1/2 hour to get coffee despite multiple attempts at leaving table to request coffee from servers. Housekeeping staff at Sublime were superb as well as the food that was ordered from room service.

Disappointing to Say the Least

Pros: Ariel, Chocolate were wonderful staff members! Made this trip tolerable with all of the disappointments we had.
Cons: Communication between managers, amenities included should be listed appropriately, better response times for handling issues, showers didnt work right
Travelers, I was assured by many that we would be taken care of while there and the client would be respected. They were very friendly upon arrival and showed us to our room. We had a wonderful first night. Most of the staff was in the general area but all seemed friendly. On the next night we noticed that there was a lack of attention on the buffet.Overall the food was about a 4 of 10. We had sat down with a front desk excursion rep and spoke about a few things listed on amenities page from travelocity and found out they did not exist or never were offered. On top of this disappointment for the client as she was expecting a full service Spa included in our all inclusive package but were also misled and we're of additional cost. She apologized and stated that Travelocity reported incorrect information and I should reach out to them. Frustrated I remembered I had the resident managers email contact information and wrote to her the second night of our stay expressing my concerns. She replied almost a week after I return that she had been out of the country and apologized for the issues and had hoped they had been resolved. I replied that unfortunately they were not and and I had returned and contacted travelocity with the issues. I then provided documentation of the issues and my findings and was not really getting a direct answer. Overall I would not recommend and cannot provide any positive feedback at this time as no resolution has been made for misleading consumers to book.
