As a frequent traveler you can typically know what to expect from different facilities, however this is by far the worst. USED BANDAIDS ON THE FLOOR Cob webs in the ceilings No Shampoo /conditioner and no working phone in the room. Pillow shams were stained luckily I bring my own Always. Overall have to say this was a 1 star stay

The owners of the property limited you on everything. We paid for 4 adults in our room and couldn’t get more than 2 towels. Would ask for more so each person could have a towel and they were very reluctant to give. Room wasn’t cleaned and beds not made daily. An only allowed 4 pillows when asked for more was told no. Asked for a receipt and all 5 days the printer was broken. I could go on and on

No bathtub, No choice of rooms to pick from (take it or leave it attitude from desk clerk, air conditioner was whining like a jet engine ALL NIGHT, door did NOT close all the way against the weather stripping/seals (could see daylight around the door which also let the truck sounds from the freeway come into the room, had to walk to a rear staircase just to walk back to the front of the building to room 201 right above the office. Would have been better to give a senior citizen a choice to be on the ground floor with a room farther away from the freeway NOISES!!!

Nothing. It was super awful. Room extremely dirty. Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. They gave me 4 diff room keys. Than gave me a diff room. Multiple ppl came into the office while I was in there complaining about things. No shampoo, other ppl receiving wrong key cards. All and all awful visit. Towels were stained. Bathroom extremely dirty.
