The parking was inconvenient. They also charge you $20 to park on the property or you can park on the street! Lots of homelessness around the property. No pool!! What?! If you pay for parking you have to take other transportation or you won't find a parking when you come back.

Hello Debra, we are sorry if our staff didn't notify you about our underground parking. We are sorry about the homeless near the property, but we have better security, and for the pool, in our website it explains we don't have a pool in this property.

This hotel has no wifi. The clerk at night said there was a temporary problem & they were going to reset it. That was a lie. The next day there was still no wifi. The only place that had it was in the office & that was very slow, Every hotel today should have wifi, just as much they should have a bed, shower, & toilet I'll never stay in this hotel again.
