I had to switch rooms. The tv never worked and toilet didn’t flush. The second room was worse…no heat just AC. To shut off the ac, I had to trip the breaker on the electrical cord powering the AC to stop.This is a hotel for the “Adam’s family!” Stay away….far away

The pictures and current reviews are pretty deceiving had I known it was in this poor condition and a truly awful ghetto place I would have most definitely and happily paid a little extra money to be on an actual hotel and not be in a run down motel. I didn’t even take a shower that night and the mattress was flimsy and uncomfortable I just wanted to the hell out. Staff were very nice and friendly though that is the only positive part about it.

Dirty, unsafe, guests smoking weed outside my door, beds were so bad mattresses were broken down in the middle so couldn’t sleep. Was on 4th floor and walkway was soft and falling thru. Guest phone in room did not work. Horrible conditions!!!! Checked back out and found another hotel! Can’t believe you would represent such a dive!!

As I got there to check the 2 women we’re discussing shutting the front desk early after you check in everybody. The room was ok. As we open the refrigerator there was a bad odor. The pool looks green and disgusting. The property was very ghetto.

Fast to check in but, room wasn’t complete clean someone else’s pet food on the floor not all surfaces wiped down like doors☹️ had to clean myself to stay! When I told young lady at front desk she apologized and said she would let management know?? Possible discount maybe? Don’t think we will be staying there again! Sad location is great.

The bed was not comfortable at all. The staff member that I checked out with wasn't very friendly, and didn't seem like she wanted to be there.

Refrigerator didnt work, room was gross and dusty, the shower curtain was green moldy and black, There were homeless ppl fighting over the outdoor microwave and charging ports which made my kids feel unsafe as we were the room near that area. I honestly want my money back or partial. it was the worst stay besides the staff.. the staff was AMAZING. friendly knowledgable of area etc. very helpful.
