I was moved to a different room because A/C was not working but in addition shower had a leak, was duty, between blades and windows was a lot of mold looking. 2nd room was better but needed improvement also!

The room had a comfortable mattress, lots of Usb plugs and outlets, all the basic amenities, attentive staff, great location and was clean. All for a great price. What more can you ask for.

The only negative is the quality of the the first work of the newly remodeled room. The vent in the restroom had a lagre gap. The bathroom door was not installed correctly.

I and a colleague visited a friend who lives in San Francisco this past weekend. We decided to stay at the Presidio Inn located at Lombard street.
The location is very convenient, the basic amenities work really well, the WiFi works at decent speed along with great safe parking space considering it is San Francisco.
My friends only suggest having a vent in the restroom, the AC works when it wants to work, the noise could be heard (but I totally understand), and no one at the front desk.
In one's opinion, I enjoy staying at Presidio Inn, especially the convenience of the location and all the basic essentials for a traveler/visitor. The manager was there to greet us when we check in.

Doesn’t look great from the outside, but the rooms are nice! WiFi didn’t connect. Maybe wrong password. Shower door didn’t close. It was overall a nice room! Nice neighborhood! Plenty of restaurants nearby. Close to Marina and Presidio. It’s a good deal for the money!

I really liked that there was so much to do a block away on Chestnut St. A lot of things going on in a few blocks area. The hotel is close enough to walk and visit the infamous Lombard windy street.
