One of the top hotels around Union Square
Great facilities, staff was friendly and helpful. We attended the bar and was well staffed and selection was adequate. The only complaint I have is related to a promised small bar & food credit we were offered when checking in... reviewing the bill later I can tell the credit wasn't there. I'd come back regardless.

Great location in the city. You can walk pretty much everywhere. Much cleaner and modern than most of San Francisco hotels. Room service was excellent. Great views.
