The pictures were nothing compared to what is there. No breakfast included wifi sucked no cable tv. Homeless live all around this hotel. I felt so unsafe the minute we arrived and the staff were not willing to give me a refund even after explaining how unsafe my family felt.

The room was flooding, the floor was soaking with water. I returned the key right away and asked for a refund but the motel clerk told me to call Travelocity. Then I booked another hotel room on Travelocity that night. I had to pay for both hotel while I only stayed at one of the hotel that night. None refund after I called Travelocity.

The place was disgusting. I can't believe Travelocity had a place like this in its site. To our horror we found a dead roach in the bed the next morning. The walls were dirty, broken lampshade, the carpet was gross. No central heat, only a radiator route heater that didn't warm the back bedroom. It was terrible!

This property did not have a TV signal, I called twice about this issue the man at the front desk said he was coming but never did. Waited an hour. Will not come bàck again.

Large family suites. Nothing fancy by any means but serviceable. The facilities were significantly dated and somewhat in disrepair. We came to enjoy San Francisco not a hotel/motel.
