I chose Case Sevilla over other branded hotels because of the convenience and "exotic" -ness of a boutique hotel. However, I've experienced various inconveniences that are noteworthy: 1) no consistent hot water, often switch from hot to cold; 2) limited towel supply, which bothers me when there's so much water activities/tours in PR; 3) no access to the common area; 4) limited hotel service vs. chain hotel (only one line and sometimes unavailable).
